At a red carpet gala on October 25, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) held its annual Awards of Excellence, combining several presitigous local building awards, including the Reggie, Trillium, People’s Choice, and Sales & Marketing Awards. Those who were deemed worthy by the panel of judges got bragging rights at the annual ceremony and among the winners were a few of our favorites, our Luxury Home Tour builders and their homes featured on this year’s tour:
Classic Home Design
Trillum Awards: Best Bath, Best Interior Design/Layout, Best Special Area: Bar/Billiard/Poker area
JMS Custom Homes
Reggie Award: Single-Family Home
Trillium Award: Best Kitchen
